Alaska Family Services reached out again to families in need by providing Thanksgiving food baskets. This support helped 81 large families and 63 small families, 571 individuals total, so that they could enjoy a memorable holiday meal.

Our agency partners with Mat-Su Valley NAPA Auto Care Center Owners Group “Wheels of Hope” car giveaway program. This 1999 Pontiac Grand Am was awarded to a deserving nominee in 2011.
More than 150 people participated in the Wasilla Choose Respect march, including many youth who are helping to create positive change in our community!
The Wasilla Choose Respect March will be held on March 26th.
